As the interviewed guest on the "Nancy's Bookshelf" KCHO North State Public Radio Program, columnist and philosophy teacher, Dan Barnett included The Adventures of Little Mouse and The Legacy of Little Mouse the Mouse among his most memorable books reviewed in 2017.

Little Mouse and the author are most pleased to report the following: We have gotten such favorable responses regarding Book #1, The Adventures of Little Mouse. To date, we have both children, parents and grandparents loving the first book, from ages eight to 86. They have reported that the plot keeps the reader in suspense and has a wonderful unexpected ending.
In addition to the two formal reviews here on the web site, we have received many more informal comments and reviews:
*Several parents have read Book #1 to two-year-olds and have had to improvise the storyline due to short attention spans.
*Several preteens and teens are now reading the second book by themselves.
*Two grandparents enthusiastically took the author off to the side and said that their ten-year-old granddaughter was reading Book #1 to them! The grandfather said he only had to help her with a few words. They reported that she is so enthralled with Book #1, that they all went to Paradise Lake and then biked to see where Little Mouse lives. When Book #1 is finished, they are going to immediately begin Book #2, The Legacy of Little Mouse the Mouse.
To date, Little Mouse and the author are really pleased with the positive responses that they are getting with Book#1, and can't wait to hear more responses on Book #2.
